The guarantee
If you decide Axis 9 is not for you, tell us inside the first 66 days and we refund your first tub. There is nothing to send back. Keep the tub.
The 66 days run from guarantee start: order date or delivery date: pending.
Why 66? Habit research puts the average new habit at about 66 days to become automatic, so the window is sized to the habit, not to the first week. The reference is in the FAQ.
Who it covers
Your first tub, once per customer.
How to request a refund
Email us with your order number any time inside the window. The address is support email: pending.
No return and no shipping label.
How fast
Once requested, a refund is processed in refund processing days: pending business days.
Subscriptions
Renews every 30 days until you cancel. No minimum, no lock-in. The charge every 30 days is the subscription price of the tier you chose: One tub $33, Duo $59 per delivery. Shipping on each renewal order: renewal shipping: pending.

Damaged deliveries
Damage in transit and parcels that have not arrived are handled under the shipping policy. See Shipping.
