How we moderate

    Verified purchase required for the star aggregate.

    Only reviews tied to an order will count toward a rating. Until organic reviews exist, no rating is shown.

    Connections disclosed.

    Friends, family, staff, and anyone who received free product are labeled next to their words, every time, and never counted toward a rating.

  3. 03

    Quotes with medical claims are not published.

    A review describes an experience. Anything that reads as a medical claim does not appear on this site.

    Experiences, not results.

    A review can say how the product was to use. A quote that states a measured outcome or a timeline is not published, because we do not yet have the data to say what a typical buyer should expect.

  5. 05

    Negative reviews are published.

    Reviews will not be removed or hidden for being critical or low-rated. The only removals will be for medical claims, stated results or timelines, personal information, and content unrelated to the product.
